RETURN POLICY
Cancellations and Returns for In-Stock Items:
Items will be fully inspected at our warehouse and shipped out via a common carrier service. The customer is responsible for inspecting the item(s) and making all necessary notes on the delivery form when delivery is attempted. Stendmar Inc. will not be liable after the delivery form is signed free and clear.
For deliveries, the item must be thoroughly inspected by the customer at sight before signing the delivery form. For exchanges or returns, the customer will need to notify us while the driver is still on site.
For all returns or exchanges there is a 30% restocking fee plus round-trip delivery/pick-up fees. No cash refunds are offered; only store credit will be issued.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND CONDITION!
USED SOFA SETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
Cancellations and Returns for Custom-Made Items:
-Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged since the items are made to fit specific customers’ needs.
-Orders placed for delivery to a different address other than that of the cardholder must be confirmed by phone, email, or fax. The cardholder will need to contact the credit card company and add the new address as an alternative ship-to address. Once the order has been verified, the merchandise will be shipped to the third party.
-Custom-made item orders should be shipped within 7-9 weeks after accounting for possible delays due to weather, customs inspection at port, etc.
-Unlike many other online retailers, we DO NOT bill credit cards before an order is processed. A confirmation email with all details listed will be emailed to the customer. Once the customer has reviewed the order and replied to confirm that all details are correct, a deposit will be charged in order to start the order.
- For in stock items, all returns needs to be approved by the company within 3 business days after delivery is completed. Item needs to be in brand new/never used condition with original packaging.
-Stendmar reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including for no reason at all. Customers will be notified via email if their order has been cancelled.
Pricing Policy: Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept any COD purchase orders. For overseas orders, customers will be responsible for any long-distance charges that may occur. If a return shipment is lost by the shipping company, Stendmar Inc. will not be liable for lost returns.
AFTER THE RETURN IS AUTHORIZED, THE PACKAGE DESIGNATED FOR RETURN MUST BE SHIPPED FROM CUSTOMER'S LOCATION WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. PHOTOS OF THE ITEM MUST BE PROVIDED PRIOR TO SHIPPING THE ITEM FOR RETURN AND TRACKING INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN PICKED UP.
